STANDARD SERVICES
Mortgage Survey
Standard survey that includes the location of property corners and lines with major hardscapes, buildings and fences. Commonly used when applying for a home loan.
Pre-construction Survey
Survey that includes property lines and corners, buildings and hardscapes (if applicable), contours, trees and available zoning information.
Foundation Survey
Location of new form boards or newly poured foundation. (Typically not a stand alone service)
Post Construction Survey
Survey that shows post construction work. Commonly referred to as a 'Final', this survey shows the information required to either confirms work done on site or to obtain a certificate of occupancy.
Commercial Survey
Survey common for obtaining loans for purchase of commercial properties. Not as detailed as an ALTA survey.
